Oldie but a Goodie

Sadly, Numerical methods are no longer taught to new generation of IT people. I often find myself having to teach this in the work place. This book is a classic using FORTRAN IV as the programming language. How this book may help you is that you can convert the code to the newer languages and you can see how to take advance math and convert the equations into computer code. If you don't need to do that then this book is not for you. However, if you are reading a book like "Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning" by Christopher Bishop. Then this book will be very helpful for you.
